Executive Leadership Team

Greg McMullen, CEO and Founder

Mr. McMullen provides the key strategies and executive leadership for Accel HR. While acting as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PlatformOne he directed the creation and launch of PlatformOne’s HR-BPO initiative. Under Greg’s sales and marketing leadership PlatformOne has been acknowledged as a leader in the middle market HR BPO space as recognized by HRO Today magazine. By combining market vision and product strategy with real world sales and marketing execution Greg led PlatformOne to a middle market leadership position and positive cash flow in just eighteen months.

Mr. McMullen brings more than 15 years of revenue generation and executive management leadership experience with him, gained primarily in the HR outsourcing services and HR software markets. Greg has a strong reputation for his extensive knowledge of the HR marketplace and launched his successful career with ADP gaining valuable sales and operations experience. After ADP he led sales and marketing for Westcorp Software, Simtrex, and FiWare (now Harbor Payments) whose solutions provided enabling technology for ERP vendors such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP and Oracle. During his career Mr. McMullen has driven the launch and profitable success of several industry leading HR solutions, such as HR/Payroll payments and self service automation, training and skills development technology, and disbursement management.

Raymond R. Drummond, Chief Operating Officer and Founder

Mr. Drummond provides Accel HR with operational leadership and direction. Ray’s extensive experience in developing and managing HR outsourcing operations provides Accel HR with the day to day leadership required to be a market leader. Ray joins Accel HR from PlatformOne, where he worked closely with Mr. McMullen to develop PlatformOne into the middle-market HR BPO leader. Ray’s broad contributions to PlatformOne included developing and implementing PlatformOne’s service delivery model, which led to 100% client satisfaction, referencability and retention. Under Ray’s leadership his service team successfully transitioned over 70,000 client employees into the PlatformOne services organization. As a pioneer of HR outsourcing, Ray has developed a service delivery model that insures both excellent client service and long term profitability.

Before assuming the role as COO of PlatformOne Ray was President and COO of Morrison Team Services (MTS), then a start-up division of publicly traded Morrison’s Inc. MTS was launched to provide comprehensive HR service to clients throughout North America. Under Ray’s leadership the division grew to over $200m in revenue and to over 14,000 employees in just 2 short years. Prior to Morrison’s, Ray served as EVP of Operations for SCI Companies, an HR Outsourcing firm with over 300 clients and 35,000 employees under management. Ray’s broad responsibilities included all operations of the business and during his tenure he oversaw a successful transition of the company’s entire technology infrastructure and service delivery model utilizing Lawson Software, Clarify CRM, Oracle DB and various bolt-on applications. Mr. Drummond’s leadership skills were developed throughout his years of military service, where he served in many senior leadership and operations capacities for the United States Army and retired as a Colonel in 1997.
