Greg McMullen
CEO and Founder
As Co-founder and CEO of Accel HR, Greg brings over 20 years of experience to help meet the evolving business challenges of Accel HR’s clients. His responsibilities include directing Accel HR’s strategic initiatives and leading the company’s business development activities. Upon receiving his MBA from Georgia Southern University, Greg began his career with ADP in Atlanta and has since held executive positions in an emerging payment technology company and a market leading HR outsourcing service provider.
Ray Drummond
COO and Founder
As Co-Founder and COO of Accel HR, Ray is responsible for day to day operations and client service delivery for Accel HR. Ray’s unique experience as the COO of a large HR outsourcer with 500 clients provides Accel HR with exceptional operational leadership. His keen understanding of large HR system conversions is invaluable to our clients as they transform from disparate systems to fully integrated HRIS platforms. Ray is a graduate of West Point and a Gulf War veteran with over 26 years of service. He retired in 1997 at the rank of Colonel.
Joel Tokars
VP-Consulting Services, SPHR
Joel Tokars heads up Accel HR’s consulting services business segment. Mr. Tokars has 28 years of human resources experience with emerging growth and mature multi-national corporations in the retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, services, and technologies industries. Joel possesses hands-on experience driving cost containment and profitability initiatives ranging from incremental business improvement through to full restructuring, organization change management, and technology and business process outsourcing. |
